PANDORA’S BOX
EVERYTHING GOT OUT. THE HOPE IS AT THE BOTTOM.
THE ONE-WAY DOOR
Wall Street started selling the AI boom as debt on Monday
A record $60 billion loan went out to other lenders. The chips it pays for arrive in 2027.
The AI boom changed how it gets paid for. On Monday, Bank of America, Citigroup and Morgan Stanley began selling pieces of a $60 billion loan to other lenders. The money funds Anthropic’s lease of Google chips.
Banks call that syndicating. They promise the whole sum first. Then they sell slices of it to other banks, insurers and credit funds.
Read the order of events slowly. The chips are due in 2027. Lease payments begin only after the hardware runs. The borrowing happened this week.
PAID PARTNERSHIP
On December 14, President Trump will gather the leaders of the world’s largest economies at his private Miami resort.
And I believe what happens there could change the U.S. dollar forever, potentially triggering a historic repricing across American markets.
The pieces are already falling into place:
A flurry of executive orders… billion-dollar government stakes in obscure mining companies… a landmark pact with 13 nations… and a special agreement signed by six billionaire tech moguls.
At Trump’s December summit, those pieces could finally be assembled in public for the first time, and a new kind of dollar presented to the world as a done deal.
Whether you’re a Republican or Democrat, whether you support this monetary shift or oppose it, you could soon be using Trump’s New Dollar.
That’s why I’ve produced this critical new documentary revealing:
Why I believe Trump is desperately trying to reset America’s money…
Why this has nothing to do with Bitcoin or gold, but is tied to the most valuable resource of the 21st century…
And three moves I believe you can make today to prepare, including the name and ticker of the investment I believe could benefit as this shift unfolds.
The last time America reset its money, it reportedly created, on average, more than 1,000 new millionaires every day for five decades.
But that was only one side of the story.
Millions of workers and savers were quietly left behind as their wages stalled, their savings were hollowed out and the American Dream slipped beyond their reach.
Now, I believe that same dividing line could be drawn again.

Here is where it reaches your end. Those slices land in funds that hold corporate loans. Plenty of those funds sit inside ordinary retirement accounts.

CLOSING
$60 billion
THE LARGEST CHIP FINANCING WALL STREET HAS ARRANGED
→
A loan this size does not stay with three banks. It spreads into accounts a saver opened for something else entirely.
The structure tells you what the banks think. About $42 billion is senior secured, with credit support from Broadcom. Senior secured means those lenders get paid first and hold collateral.
The other $18 billion is junior and unsecured. No collateral. Paid last.
Blackstone committed roughly $9 billion of that junior tier. The rest waits. Anthropic plans to go public later this year, and the banks want those filings out before they sell the risky slice.
This is not the first slice, either. A $35 billion package closed back in June through a Broadcom, Apollo and Blackstone venture. The new one is nearly double that.
FROM OUR PARTNERS
Love him or hate him, and if you’re reading this, you love him, Trump plays to win.
He won in 2016 when nobody thought he could.
He came back in 2024 when they threw everything they had at him.
And right now, he’s preparing what insiders are calling the most consequential financial executive order any American president has considered in over 50 years.
This isn’t about tariffs. It’s not about the border.
It’s about something that touches every dollar in your pocket, your savings account, and your retirement.
The last time Washington made a move like this:

One asset gained 2,300% in under 10 years.

The people who saw it coming changed their financial lives forever.
This time the stakes are even higher.
The U.S. is sitting on 8,133 tonnes of gold valued at 1973 prices.
One executive order from Trump corrects that, and sets off the biggest wealth transfer most living Americans have ever witnessed.
Trump’s base has always been the people the system forgot. Hard-working Americans who played by the rules while Washington rigged the game.
This is your chance to get ahead of it, before the order is signed, using the same strategy the ultra-wealthy have always used.
For three years the AI buildout was a stock story. Anthropic’s own public filing, dated around October 1, lists $125.2 billion in lease commitments. That is a credit story.
A loan this size does not get unsold. Once it clears, the next one is easier to arrange.

The One-Way-Door Test
01
Can it be undone?
The senior piece is already moving to other lenders. Loans get traded onward, not recalled, and the lease commitments are signed.
CLOSING
02
Who is already repositioning?
Bank of America, Citigroup and Morgan Stanley are doing the selling. Broadcom supplies the credit support and Blackstone anchors the junior tier.

What does being late cost?
The junior slice has not been marketed yet. That is the handle still attached, and it turns once the public filings land.

THE MOVE · WHILE THERE IS STILL TIME
Open the fact sheet for any bond fund in your 401(k) this week. Read the sector table and the credit-quality table. If you see bank loans, senior loans or private credit, note what share sits in technology.
Senior secured loans with Broadcom behind them are not junk, and this deal may well pay in full. The point is knowing what you already own, not selling anything this week.
