PANDORA’S BOX
EVERYTHING GOT OUT. THE HOPE IS AT THE BOTTOM.

THE ONE-WAY DOOR
The rich world just opened its emergency fuel tanks again
The G7 will release up to 100 million barrels over four months, diesel first. It buys time, and it spends the cushion.
The call ended Friday with a number. Group of Seven leaders met by video under France’s Emmanuel Macron. They agreed to release up to 100 million barrels of emergency oil and diesel. The International Energy Agency will coordinate it over four months.
Diesel goes first. The plan front-loads a substantial diesel release within 20 days. It followed a week of pressure from Washington, including a threatened ban on American diesel exports.
Here is where it lands at your end. Diesel hit records here last month, and Thursday’s edition flagged Russia’s export ban heading into its fourth month. Diesel futures slumped on the news.

100 million barrels
FROM EMERGENCY STOCKS, OVER FOUR MONTHS

Those barrels were kept for a worse day. Once they are burned, refilling them means buying at whatever price that day brings. |

PAID PARTNERSHIP |
On December 14, President Trump will gather the leaders of the world’s largest economies at his private Miami resort.
The pieces are already falling into place:
A flurry of executive orders… billion-dollar government stakes in obscure mining companies… a landmark pact with 13 nations… and a special agreement signed by six billionaire tech moguls.
At Trump’s December summit, those pieces could finally be assembled in public for the first time, and a new kind of dollar presented to the world as a done deal.
Whether you’re a Republican or Democrat, whether you support this monetary shift or oppose it, you could soon be using Trump’s New Dollar.
Why I believe Trump is desperately trying to reset America’s money…
Why this has nothing to do with Bitcoin or gold, but is tied to the most valuable resource of the 21st century…
And three moves I believe you can make today to prepare, including the name and ticker of the investment I believe could benefit as this shift unfolds.
The last time America reset its money, it reportedly created, on average, more than 1,000 new millionaires every day for five decades.
But that was only one side of the story.
Millions of workers and savers were quietly left behind as their wages stalled, their savings were hollowed out and the American Dream slipped beyond their reach.
Now, I believe that same dividing line could be drawn again.

This is the second draw this year. In March, IEA members pledged a record 400 million barrels after the Iran war began. About two-thirds of that has gone out so far.

FROM OUR PARTNERS |

The International Energy Agency is warning of a coming “red zone” in the oil markets, and it could be brutal for the U.S. economy. But if you see it coming, you could “skim” off big bucks.
The G7 statement suggests Friday’s barrels may partly complete the March pledge rather than add to it. Either way, the cushion shrinks.
A reserve is not a supply. It is a loan from next winter. It lowers prices while it flows and leaves less behind when it stops.
Traders saw the limits fast. Brent crude dipped below $100 a barrel after the announcement, then climbed back near $102 by evening.
You have heard governments promise relief at the pump before. Sometimes it works for a season. The part rarely said aloud is that the tank it comes from gets smaller.
Four months of relief, then a thinner cushion going into the coldest stretch of winter.

EVERY LEAD PASSES BEFORE IT RUNS
The One-Way-Door Test
01 |
Can it be undone?
Only by buying the barrels back at future prices. Released stock is gone the day it reaches a refinery.
02 |
Who is already repositioning?
Washington pushed, Macron convened, and the IEA will run the release. China has already canceled some October fuel loadings.
03 |
What does being late cost?
The first diesel arrives within 20 days. Any dip at the pump is likeliest in that window, not after it.
THE MOVE · WHILE THERE IS STILL TIME
If you heat with oil or drive a diesel truck, plan your next fill within three weeks, while the first release lands. Watch your local price, not the headline.
Retail prices may barely move if the war or the Russian ban gets worse. A dip is a possibility, not a promise.
ALSO GOT LOOSE TODAY

G7 leaders also agreed there would be no diesel export bans between their countries. |
POLICY |

China canceled some October fuel loadings, leaving Europe with fewer outside sources of diesel. |

WHAT’S LEFT AT THE BOTTOM
Relief is coming in a known size and on a known clock. You can time your next fill to it, and you already know the cost: a thinner cushion by winter.
WE WATCH THE BOX.
